Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value customer satisfaction but also uphold the integrity of digital content distribution. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Course and Digital Product Policy

All sales are considered final and non-refundable due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital product delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
  • Non-Delivery: If access to the purchased product was not provided within 24 hours, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within an additional 48 hours.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with course content (unless explicitly promised features are missing)

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at 📧 support@learnmogul.com within 7 days of the transaction date, including:

  • Transaction ID
  • Registered email address
  • Reason for the request

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

As digital products are delivered instantly, cancellations are not possible once payment is processed.
